Hi,
I have a Sky Q box which has stopped displaying a picture and freezing - the screen goes black; remote won't work to switch it on and off; the only fix is to switch it off at the plug to reboot it (sometimes this needs to be done a couple of times to bring it back to life).
This was happening once or twice a month but is now happening up to three times a day (not just when watching live tv but when watching streaming services as well). Have checked the software and it is at the correct version (doesn't need updating)
I have tried the online virtual assistant which was useless for my problem.
Does anyone have an idea of how I can actually speak to someone to get the box replaced?
