No. On neither 280 nor 300
Have you done a full reset on all 3 remotes?

And have you reset your remotes? Interesting you are getting the same symptoms.

Hang on, you said it changed channels before? Is it volume and back/play or the channels?

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
Yes, reset both boxes and remotes. Trying software updates now. Something has happened as effecting 2 separate boxes. Changing channels on own, pausing, rewinding, turning off and on.
Will update if software update works

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
Are both TVs the same? Have you tried taking the batteries out of those remotes?

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
It changes channels when I use the back button. It changes the volume to full or zero volume when I try to increase or decrease the volume. The new controller arrived today and I've paired it with the TV. It is doing the same blooming thing and as usual no way to contact support other than via a chat bot and I'm paying nearly £90 per month for this! Can you advise how to reset the controller please?

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
I found how to do this by holding 7 and 9 together until it flashes four times. Then repaired 1 and 3. It didn't fix the issue.

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
You can talk to someone at sky by calling them. Just have to navigate the annoying voice response system first. I'll escalate this thread for an online chat on here anyway.
So every remote, on every sky box, does the same thing when you press the same buttons?
Have you tried turning off HDMI-CEC on the TV just to eliminate any kind of control from the TV over the sky box?

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
Thank you for your help. I managed to get through to Sky and they think the Sky Q box is the issue. The mini box doesn't have the same issue. An engineer is coming on Tuesday. Fingers crossed

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
I am now having this issue on both my sky q and mini. No way have both remotes gone haywire at the same time. There must be an issue with the software version currently in place.

Which issue? There are at least 3 in this thread.
There isn't an issue with the software, this thread is ancient.

Re: Switching channels randomly on its own
The channel will randomly change after a couple of minutes of viewing. On main sky q box and sky q mini. Also found out it is happening to a friend at work tha lives ten miles away, so it's not an interference issue either.
