Switch to sky q
I have sky stream and I really can't get on with it at all. I want to be able to watch my programmes later on in the evening but itv x doesn't put them on till the next day. I don't like not being able to record either. I'd like to switch to sky q. I was going to have sky q so I have received a viewing card so I'd like to arrange for an engineer to visit to put me back to the package I initially had taken out.

You need to call Sky to arrange this, this is a customer to customer forum

@Katie+and+Simon are you still within yor 30 day cooling off period ? if so theb contact Sjy to cancel stream and ask to switch to sky Q.
If you are outside your 30 day cooling offperiod you would need to see if Sky would allow you to cancel stream and move to Q or persudae them you were falsely sold the product or its not fit for purpose You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
