I cannot view wildlife photos I have taken from a usb stick

before getting a Q box I could look at photos froma usb stick after processing them on my computer.

I now cannot as it states that viewing them is not supported.

I was not told this when I was offered a Q box and it is not satisfactory.

Do you not have a usb port on your tv?

There's no reminders or slow motion either.

 

You can't go back to Sky+, so if it's such an issue see if Sky will let you cancel penalty free.  (I suspect not)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Morpeth1 the my photos optin was removed back in 2018/19 or there abouts so hasn't been on for years i'd be surprised if the agents told you it was available

How were you viewing them before getting Q?
