Using Sky Q program doesn’t have option to watch from the start

I was watching itv1 the other day and I pressed the centre button on my sky Q remote and saw the option to play from the start. The following day I watched the same channel and program but this time when I press the centre button the option to play from the start is not there. It's been like that ever since. Tried updating the software unplugged from the wall and switched off and on a few times but to no avail. Any ideas???

ITV1 doesn't provide a Watch from Start option on Sky Q. The main channels that do are BBC, Channel 4, Sky's own channels and the "U&" channels.

If you use the ITVx app you should be able to watch your program from the start

Itv1 does have the start option. It was working 2 days ago. I know it works with the puk devices as well.

You say "puck" - are using Sky Stream? If Sky Q, then the multiroom device is called a Mini.
