Hi - I would like to renew my contracts and speak to someone about what can be offered to me, but when I call, I only get someone who tells me £ by £ what I am currently paying. When I say, no, I would like to speak to someone about a new contract and offers, they ask if I want to remove something, so I say no, and get the £ by £ talk again.
Is there a specific number to call to actually speak to someone about a new contract and reducing the cost? I have done this in the past.

I have used Sky's messaging service to negotiate prices linked below. It shows as cancelling Sky but you can use this service to renegotiate your Sky TV package.

Scroll down to 'Still need a hand' and click on 'yes, I need help' which will bring up a message us option
