I agree, the first half seemed fine, the second half is a unwatchable mess! Sky sort this out!

Have the same issue during the game, seems to be getting worse lately.

Same problem, sound continually dropping out on 401. Just checked and I raised a similar issue in 2021????

It's a joke. Cuts out on on Dolby Atmos and cuts out with Atmos off and sound set to normal in the audio visual options on my Panasonic TV. Issues previously with F1 but not so much with the football. Leeds game was fine on Friday night but everything since has had lip synch issues and drop outs. Contract is up next month so leaving Sky is one way to fix the frustration.

I appreciate this has been raised before and I've seen the answer but looking at the comments I'm not the only one suffering so opening a new subject. I've included the answer that was given in the hope the previous fix works again. One other suggestion is to go to channel 402 and switch to UHD there which seems a work around but not a fix.
@Daniel-F gave the update that seemed to work for a while.

Sound dropping out here also.

Yeah same issue again. Was fine for a little while but back again even worse. Shocking

I've raised this again as a new post with a snapshot of the previous fix and also the user name of the Sky engineer who gave it in the hope it might help.
that said I'm now watching UHD via channel 402 which works but it's a work around not a fix

Spoke to sky this afternoon who did a software update. After a while same problem came back so called again. The chap I spoke to confirmed it's a common problem and would raise another escalation. Couldn't promise a timeline for a fix. Basically said for now watch in hd. Poor.

I have had it this afternoon in the last hour watching the Liverpool game.

@Mark+Peel Do you have a link to the previous advice?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI think he must have dropped in a screenshot which won't show until it's been checked. Image handling on here is extremely conservative.

Sorry this was the first time I posted or raised an issue in the community. I'm happy to give the details required hence the screenshot. Do I just post in the URL or is there a certain process I need to follow to put in the correct details?
