I moved over to a UHD package which was fine for several months, but has developed a problem.
The sound comes and goes randomly when changing channels On live tv, and Netflix. The mini boxes are unaffected.
when the sound goes after changing channels I can sometimes find a random channel that works and after flitting back and forth the original channel will work.
I replaced the HDMI lead with a new up to date one, no change, then I did a reset (where the recordings are not removed) and it was fine for 3 days but it is back the original issue.
The sound from the box goes to a modern Denon amp and a home cinema set up with a projector.
I believe it is a faulty Sky Q box, what do you think?
