It's a base TV pack. You can, as such, 'opt out' of it. (It basically gives you access to Sky channels such as Max, Atlantic etc.)
There is an alternative of 'Essentials' - but is only free to air channels.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
