Someone help

Help got paramount + and I can't get anywhere it's in a foreign language and I can't even log in as it just keeps putting me back to sign in we had it working fine then got it on offer with sky cinema now it doesn't work

Sky Q I don't understand it was working perfectly till the trial ran out and we got it with the sky cinema deal I'm still not able to get into it

@Wendy109  You say until the trail ran out so have you re subscribed since or do you have a current sky cinema subscription

If you haven't resubscribed to Paramount + since cancelling Sky Cinema, then cancelling Sky Cinema would have triggered a request to Paramount + that Sky will no longer be controlling your billing and therefore as a result it most likely would deactivate your paramount + account due to their being no active paid subscription.

 

If you have since resubscribed to Paramount +, then i'd suggest contacting their customer services for further assistance (https://help.paramountplus.com/s/contact-us
