Sky Q fan running flat out

This is the second brand new sky Q box I have had first one was changed by sky engineer  because fan was running flat out and wouldn't run up.

Second one started to do the same so one was sent in post and a few days later this one starts  the fault fan runs flat out and won't run up after a time

It's sorted they have sent me my third Sky Q box and hopefully its fixed
