Someone has cut through the wire connected to our dish.

To be fair to them, after listening to the infuriating recorded messages and then asking me 'in a few words tell us what the problem is' followed by a load more stupid questions, they finally answered and someone is coming tomorrow. So I'm quite chuffed about that.

Give Sky a call to arrange an engineer visit. As customers we can't say how long you'll have to wait. Check if you'll be charged when you call because the dish and associated cables are your property.

Probably quicker to get a local aerial installer to come out
