Hi I have been sent 3 separate sky Q boxes within a week but all wont go pass the you will be ready to go in a few minutes, what could be causing this as unlikely to be 3 faulty boxes

@Goppa are these main boxes or mini boxes

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Main boxes , an engineer is booked but not until 3rd July unfortunately
