Hi.
for best part of a year I've been having intermittent signal. Keeps cutting out. It's the loose hdmi portal in the box. I've bought three new decent hdmi cables, none helped. I'm now certain it's the actual port which is loose. I guess I need a new box but I've been unable to get thru to anyone at sky who can help.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
