Smart to suddenly not seeing sky q box

I have a smart tv. Last night the to suddenly didn't recognise the hdmi link. Nothing on screen. Changed cable twice. Switched ports still just says SkyQ  no signal

@Tina917  can you try the following:

 

Turn on your Q box using the remote, allow a minute or 2, then on your remote press the following buttons in this order Home1080Home.

 

This should default the box to 1080 allowing the TV to pick it up again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
