Waiting for a new skybox to be delivered but not heard anything how do we find out?

We have been waiting for a new skybox to be sent out, but we still have not heard anything. This is the third day today although they said they were sending it out as priority.

I presume this was a replacement for a faulty box? Did Sky say they were arranging a doorstep swap, in which case it's delivered by DPD and you give the faulty box to the driver after removing your viewing card.
