Skyq box clicking loudly

We gave had skyq Box for 5  years and no problem.

Suddenly started to click loudly and constantly.

Has anyone been able to fix this problem or do we need new box?

Either fan failure or imminent hard drive death, I'd think.  Only a new box will cure that: Sky don't 'repair' anything at customer addresses.

Remember to retain the viewing card in a doorstep swap, and check the box carefully for cables (including a potential separate power supply) before letting the courier depart.
