My bbc ipayer app on our SkyQ box is working fine be watching over night football maches on it for last couple of days actually , no problem.navigating though the various pages. Definitely not having the problems you describe.
You replied to an earlier post Dave, they've come back since and both posts above yours say it's resolved itself (BBC update presumably). Just checked and mine is fine, it's not something I use much on the Q box, especially for the football as I've got a V2 box so the TV gives me full UHD and Dolby Multichannel PCM 2.0 over the Q box Stereo PCM sound.
