SkyQ System requires an upgrade to allow Recording

I have SkyQ - I cannot record - system says contract must be upgraded.  I have updated my software and reset the Hard Drive.  Paymnet are up to date and there are no obvious connection problems.  Can anyone help - getting a human at Sky is a virtual impossibility. Thanks

Thanks Nigea99, surprisingly I can now record and playback again as before.  Must be some weird  "feature" in the software.  So for now, all's well that ends well.  Will revert if the problem comes up again.

Please can we just check if  it is recording from live channels or limited to downloads from Catch up & On demand ?
