Brilliant! I have never seen this page before, (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tailored-advertising-with-sky-adsmart) and it has many usefull opt-outs to avoid all the marketing and pestering - eg "sky protect" and "profiling" "sky id advertising".. I suggest you turn everything off in this section for a quieter life!
