Contract Wrong x3 calls

I was out of contract, phoned removed sky sports, sky kids and ultra HD said £136 per month to £68 said fine. New contract at £106 per month sky sports not removed, phoned back assured this time it will be removed, phoned back third time no still on assured it will be removed this time. If I call back in an hour and its still on after being a customer for 13 years im cancelling the lot

You can only cancel those add-ons by giving 31 days notice. Same with cancelling fully.

See if future bills show the changes.  As noted by @Daniel0210 subscriptions will linger during the notice period and may not drop off your account until that period has passed.

Because during the notice period you still have an option to cancel the cancellation.
