I am going into programmes and then choose the all formats button but nothing comes up on screen, just the picture of the programme.
is there an issue today?
I have rebooted but still having same issue if I want to choose different format to download.

I also have the same issue! Is there a problem ? I'm trying to download something in uhd instead of hd and it just shows me a blank screen.
