I'm trying to activate discovery+ on my SkyQ and I keep coming back to the same issue. The app is already on my tv and states that it's £0 a month (as per my sky subscription). When I get to the screen that asks me to scan the QR code to sign into my sky account, I do that, but then the sky website it links to comes up with an error message. "We can't do that at the moment. We hope to have everything back to normal soon. Please try again later."
It's been saying that same error message for the past week 😞
any help would be really appreciated!

Try updating all your Sky boxes.. Go to settings, select System info, then on the right select software version.. On the right select Setup then select Software download. Once downloaded put onto standby for 15 min so download can be intalled. Hopefully that will fix your problem.
