Let's hope this doesn't end up like Sky Talk Shield which hasn't worked for months and obviously Sky have absolutely no intention to fix, despite the fact that I pay for it!!!
It is now 13th January 2025, 3 days since the weather app not working has been reported. This is getting ridiculous now. We pay for this service within our subscription so basically waisting money. If it goes on much longer I will be making a complaint. I'm not the only one with the problem and yes there are other ways to check the weather but that is clearly not the point. Very unsatisfied customer at the moment. Sky tech team need to rectify and fix the problem

Typical Sky with regard the weather app not working .Sky have alway been more interested in making money and not really caring about their customers .I would not be surprised if the weather app never comes back on line .That way Sky can save some money at the customers expense again

I suspect it could be a 3rd-party data feed issue.
Tried to contact Sky today to find out what is happening .No Sky weather app and no Sky Live Chat .Found it impossible to contact Sky today .Think Sky do not want anyone to contact them today .That tells me every thing I need to know about Sky !!!!!!

No need to try to call Sky. Staff have posted on here (post 3) that it's being investigated and that this thread will be updated when there's an update.

I suspect loads of people are clogging up the lines calling them about the weather app.
