@Rupart  A Weak or No signal is likely to be the TV message, have you incorrectly selected the TV/Freeview/Aerial input?

No signal normally comes from your TV, no satellite signal normally refers to your Sky box. Have a look at this link

If that doesn’t help you’ll have to contact Sky to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.

@Rupart  That shows a No Satellite signal, which is different terror o what you posted.

 

Have you rebooted your Q box?   Also have you gone through these steps?
