No signal normally comes from your TV, no satellite signal normally refers to your Sky box. Have a look at this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
If that doesn’t help you’ll have to contact Sky to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.
