Hi, I had a date down as 29th March last week for a sky tv installation but no-one showed up. Can you please confirm what date is booked? The broadband engineer is here today.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
Regarding your issue any Engineer visits and orders should be shown in the My Sky App or in your online My Sky account.
If you need to contact Sky you need to persevere by phone.
