My Sky Q mini is connected to the main Sky Q box but it's saying there is a technical fault with the channel list.
It is also saying the catchup tv and apps won't work because there is 'no active connection to the internet'.
I know the box is connected to the internet, the settings have confirmed that.

The recordings are there so it's definitely connected to the main Sky Q box.

This constantly happens to me and the only way to fix it, is to restart the main Sky Box
