Sky tv block or password protect channels

I would like to block or password protect certain channels. But sky have sent me instructions and the settings don't match what I can see in my tv

You can't block channels on Sky Q (except the Adult channels which are hidden by default) however you can turn on PIN restrictions in the Parental Settings so content rated 12/15/18 is PIN protected.

I'd imagine they've sent you instructions for Sky+ HD on which channel blocking was possible.
