My sky q box is stuck on you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes, I have rebooted the box Iv had a replacement box sent out ( sky q box ) and the same problem has happened, I do have an engineer booked in for a weeks time can, has anyone els had this problem and is there a solution??

Can you unplug it for a good 10 minutes then try booting again?
Needs to be totally disconnected from the mains.
