Sky and PSB messaging on changes has been ongoing since last year, but they affect a tiny percentage of Sky subscribers (and mostly subscribers still using a platform which Sky would really prefer them not to)
I suspect the only significant impact will be on those users who have previously chosen to record the SD version of content also available in HD to maximise disk capacity, which is legitimate, but frankly a niche case.
