Hi my sky remote is damaged and won't work. I have tried twice now to get a replacement though it's saying you can't process my request. Would you please look into this for me

Regarding your broken remote

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

Are you in the ROI? The form mentioned in the link is apparently is not available to customers in the ROI.

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.
