Both Paramount plus and Discovery plus require activation before the Apps can be used.
With Paramount Plus you need to already be subscribing to Sky Cinema to get the App free of charge. See following link for Activation procedure.

Discovery plus is free to all Q subscribers however you first must subscribe through Sky Marketplace.
