Ive done everything possible and i cant contact you. Since approaching 9.20pm my sky Q box domy box

As perpétré wodely my sky Q box does lot work.

1. Have you been hacked and is there anything I should do (I can't change my network password as you've cut me off)

2. When will you advise paying customers 

3. what is your compensation plan? 
4. When will service be restored

I had the same problem of having to restart my Sky q box 5 times during the darts last night. I was watching it on playback.

 

Why do Sky not recognise these issues when so many users are reporting them? 

 

Going to check later if this is still an issue.

Malfunctioning box

My sky a box keeps turning off l keep restarting it but its still turning off after about 5 minutes, any ideas? Thanks

Sky keeps craahing & having to unplug& reset

Last night 4 times my Q box crashed 

While watching it.I had to unplug it & put back on which helped but kept doing it.It isn't 1st tone either last couple months its happened few times.

Crashing box

Anyone else experienced Sky box locking out, showing green power on light but not recting to controller? Only solution was to re-boot, but then it would crash again 15 minutes later. Only seemed to happen while watching recorded programmes.

Sky Q not working

Box just suddystopped working but the green light stayed on. This happened a number of times until it went no signal.

Have tried all things but still nothing.

My Sky Q box not working, light is orange

Sky Q box kept switching off when watching TV.   Switched everything off at the plug,  started working OK,  then started switching off again.   Now the box won't switch on,  light is orange.  TV showing 'No Signal'

Sky Q box keeps shutting down

From the number of (now locked) discussions, there is obviously a major problem with Sky Q, yet the technical help lines are not taking calls (due to 'technical issues'), and Sky is not issuing any information whatsoever. 

There is obviously a problem affecting the whole of Sky Q, with boxes turning off and becoming unresponsive after 30 minutes or so. When can we expect a response from Sky?
