Mine is doing the same, seems to be happening UK wide and beyond according to 'X' formally Twitter.

Box still stable after switching off eco mode and the active stand by.

We're in Glasgow and ours has been doing the same here - it's so frustrating as we've been trying to log into our online Sky account to see what's happening, but we couldn't sign into that either. When the service checker is working, it says everything is working properly - even when it isn't working at all.

Home button (on remote) -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences -> Smart Standby Mode
Changed it to off as per a suggestion earlier, will see if that makes any difference.

I did the first of those but wasn't sure about the smart one so left it alone.. crashed again 10 mims later.... thanks, I'll give the smart one a try see if it works!!

Mine is behaving same. 4 times during same movie that had downloaded. Then once during live programme. At first I thought it was the recording. But it wasn't even remembering where in film it had viewed (after 2nd time of fast forwarding Mission impossible, remembered to force a save point).
Hoping Sky can resolve if a firmware update has caused a bug.
Reassured before that it's probably not just us, thanks for others for reporting.

Sky Q box keeps disconnecting
My Sky Q box repeatedly needs turning off/back on at the mains to bring it out of stand by. I have tried the reset but the problem keeps happening. I had the same issue about 18 mths ago and Sky replaced the box. I suspect this new box now needs replacing. Last time I seem to remember ordering the replacement box online, rather than phoning Sky. Is the process still the same (I can't find the instructions) or do I need to phone?

Sky q cutting off but box still on green
Sky q picture goes off and seems to loose connection with my LG OLED TV. Is it sky or LG TV that Is the problem.

Sky q freezes after 15 minutes and wont respond causing mini boxes to loose connectivity
Sky q main box freezes after 15 minutes and wont respond.. causing mini boxes to loose connectivity.
The green light stays on but no signal to this or any box. This after I refreshed apps

Sky switches off, then have to reboot, off again with 10 mins. Cannot log in online, cannot check outages, app in maintenance and online assistance doesn't give any relevant information, just asks the same questions on loop. We can only hope there's some refund for this?

I was watching a programme which was switching off within 10 mins. It's been 20 mins now and all good. Let me know guys!!!!
