Sky q not working

Sky tv went down a few times last night. Apparently the issue is resolved but my box still isnt working

4 days for an engineer visit is pretty good actually

 

Engineer visits for Sky issues are not charged.

With all due respect I think most of us have probaly done that,,,,several times!  Yes, in my case Sky came back on but it crashed again, and again.  It might fix it for a few minutes, but the same thing occurs.  For many of us this is NOT a permanent fix.

Sky Q box failure 15/5

Following the technical outage Sky Q box still not working despite do called 'fixes'!  Unacceptable given amount paid. Hour waiting time on phone.  Anyone resolved the problem yet.  Sky seem to be burying their heads

I was told it would be a £15 charge if they were to attend. And under normal circumstances id accept 4 days, but considering I've had no support from Sky at all to put this issue right, i will not be paying a penny.

It's resolved for some of us at least. I've been watching recordings on and off all day am currently three hours into a session. It'd be interesting to know what software versions people have as mine (Q310) appears to be more recent than that on their web page (Q300).

Skybox not working


skybox has not worked since last night

Main box switches itself off

My Sky box has suddenly decided to switch itself off after varying periods of operation.

The box isn't hot, has plenty of ventilation is switched to off each evening.  yet it has suddenly decided to start being a nuisance.  To get back, i have to remove power for 30 plus seconds and re boot.  only way.

Any help or ideas?

We had the issues last night but it's been fine all day today

Rebooted numerous times, switched off 30 plus times, reset box still won't get to sky front screen

Sky box blue ring and green light is on

Tried switching on off several times it's reverts back to this
