Yes same thing happened to me, sky Q box green light stayed on, tv was working correctly so I switched to Netflix via the tv. Rebooted this morning and so far it has kept working.

Sky had a massive outage yesterday 15th,sky Q kept just turning off.but seems to be back up today but for how long nobody knows.

no notice or explanation from SKY??? Nothing on news???

Everyone turn the Standby mode & Smart standby mode in Settings > Setup > Preferences to off and this will be resolved. Only need to do it on the main Sky Q box if you have multi room.

 

If you cannot get into the Menu, disconnect your box from mains for a minute and then reconnect and it will restart.

Sky Q.  No signal or signal drops out , happening more and more frequently. HDM1 cable checked and reseated. Does not reboot overnight.  Just keep repeating No signal.

Touch wood but mine seems to be working this morning, telly has been on for the last hr and it hasn't gone off. I can use the sky remote to operate everything and there hasn't been an issue.

 

It did require a full reset this morning, pull the plug etc.

Sky Q box still not working

Since last night about 9.30 sky q box keeps switching off tried several times to turn off power and reboot - works for 20 minutes then goes off. Gave up at 11.00pm tried again this morning and same thing. It's in the national news that a small amount of people have had issues but Sky has now resolved this - Sky you have not resolved this and fir the price you charge each month this is very poor customer service.

sky finally acknowledged the issue. But for such a big Uk wide issue, I'd expect a better explanation of the cause and fix.   Not good enough sky. Has anyone spoken to them yet?

I've done the usual, battery change in remote as I thought it was that, turn off from plug, pulled out all cables and try to reconnect. Still no satellite signal

Sky Q issues and no sky app on same day

Issues with sky Q box like thousands of others but where do we go for information when the app was undergoing maintenance and sky.com was offline as well?
