Ours did it the first time and we were all a little lost watching the football!

we rebooted and it worked for all of ten minutes then it didn't again. Given up. Don't pay £92pm for this.

Same here. Sky box was on (green light) but tv could not detect it. Happens twice now in last 30 mins.

Mine too - I have rebooted but just kerps turning itself off - thought it must be my Sky Q but obviously something wrong somewhere

Black screen then box and remote freezes

Watching a downloaded programme on sky. Sky then goes black and my tv homepage comes up with a message asking me to turn my sky box back on..sky q has completely froze and remote won't work. Not lights flashing on remote when pressing buttons. Can't turn box off on the box. Have to reset from the wall. But issue happens again.

I've got nothing on main tv/Q box but mini box tv shows code MR106 which is..... a Sky network fault, possibly the network server. 😕

Which isn't even getting acknowledged on any of the outage finder sites. Miffed.

This is happening to me too - twice in 20 minutes. Have rebooted and still not working. Can't find any support. 
Absolutely rubbish when pay so much for it!

sky not working went off 21.45

My Sky box has frozen, trying to reboot but state's software 1 of 2 updates but that's been the message for 15 minutes on screen!!!
