SkyQ box connection has been lost

Message on TV says "There has been a problem finding your SkyQ box on the internet ". I've selected Settings > Status and all 3 boxes are checked

I'm just happy to know it's not just me. 
as then it's avSky thing 

and seems resolved 

way to much on this weekend to be off air

Hi @Coffeeor99  have you tried unplugging the box from the mains then plug back in ?


As this is a Sky-wide issue, this is not the final solution

Tv is a privilege not a right.  Compensation is VERY unlikely

Rebooted several times but not connected. Why have sky not put a message on MySky. Poor customer service.

It is a country wide problem, no one can come round and fix it I'm afraid.
