Same here in Ireland started about 9.30pm last night.  Has this issue been resolved yet?

Same problem still, yet amazingly the service check says 'all looks good'. I did a separate speed test and although good download speed, was showing 0 mbps on upload and this caused the Tv to crash every time.

My Sky Q box keeps cutting out and going into standby and becoming unresponsive.  I can only bring it back to life by disconnecting the mains and going through the start up process.

Mine too, froze unable to do anything with Q.

Reset a few times and short while after froze again even reset the the router.

Adding My Sky had issues too, could not login with a online display of Update issues 🤷🏻‍♂️

Here to report had the same problem too. 1 month half price sub is nice compensation please. Or hell just update the Q boxes please 😂😘

Mine went off during Eurovision twice rebooted. Got up this morning to put news on and had to reboot again.

Our sky stopped working last night and we still cannot get it to work.

i know that there was an outage last night but ours still isn't working. Does anyone have the same issue this morning.

Mine goes off everytime I reboot after 15 minutes, tried 5 times now, can't even watch my recorded programs.
