Ours is the same, we're in Chesterfield. We've given up trying now as just keeps happening. Sky says, "there are no issues in your area" !!!!!!!! So annoying .

Sky Q keeps switching off

Sky Q keeps switching off every few minutes even after resetting it by powering down then back on - frustrating - not seen TV since about 9:15pm tonight - it is a very expensive service and should be more reliable for the cost

not just UK, Ireland also having the same problem, box freezes with blue light rolling, but not responsive, only solution is to power off box.

 

Sky used to be a premium service that was worth the price, but that's well and truly changed, Sky mobile in Ireland is a disaster, broadband is now going slow in recent weeks, and now the TV system is crashing, all symptoms of a malady that will only be resolved by moving to another service provider, as Sky have clearly lost the plot.

Have the same here. The box is on but looks to be disconnected from link through HDMI.

Sky TV hasn't been working at least the last 90 minutes here (we're in Northern Ireland). Several neighbours have also commented. Can't log in via app or website. Telephone number suggests engineer or help.

No help available so have given up. ☹️

Tried calling their customer service number... .got recorded message saying can't answer due to technical issues... and nothing in here to contact them with so far as can see!

Between the sound dropouts on Discovery and now completely freezing the box sky is trying to get everyone to switch to their rubbish sky glass system. 

Well  my contract is up in October and I won't be renewing it,,they vastly overcharge for what is now becoming a laughing stock service. 

Good riddance Sky.
