As anyone tried disconnecting the box from the internet to see if that stops the crashing?

Yup same here. Tried rebooting a few times. The signal comes back for a few minutes then goes again. Even tried just watching previous recordings recorded stuff but the same keeps happening. Tried to log in to my account via the website and even that page is down. Very poor comms from them, you think there would be some acknowledgment for such a widespread outage.

Mines just crashed again moments ago , I wonder if it's happening to everyone at the same time ?

Our sky Q box keeps turning itself off and cannot be turned back on until switched off at mains. As I type this the small sky Q is also doing the same and saying it cannot play due to connectivity. We were upgraded to 1gig superfast yesterday. I wonder if this is a connection issue. To say it's annoying is an understatement

Missed Sky Q box says no signal this has happened  over 10 times now. Keep turning on and off at mains. Signal comes back and little while later does it again!!! Any one know what issue is😉

I can not believe so many replies.

I can not see any other similar threads on this site which is strange.

I have just searched on google to see whether Sky is having any  issues.

The response is all working normal.

Mines doing the same. Thought it was my tv at first but as soon as I switched off the box at the wall it comes back.

switched off at mains 3 times but lasts

about 10 minutes and goes blanK again

I have sky glass and it has crippled my PlayStation and I cannot watch television at all.

Sky glass useless and PlayStation will not respond at all!!!!

Yep, same problem down here in Sussex. Was working fine, then while watching a recording earlier, it started randomly shutting down / freezing every 10 mins or so. Have tried rebooting it, but also now doing it live tv. Have tried a software update, and a settings reset, and the problem persists.

We're moving soon, so will ditch Sky TV, Broadband and our four Mobiles. The loss of income that will cause will probably trigger a profits warning at Sky!

I've done that like twelve times already .... have to pull the tv out from wall every time too ... losing will to live like (or at least, to watch sky TV!!)

That's it  head done in now! Just gone back off after 20 mins, nightmare!! Off to listen to radio! Better be sorted for tomorrow!
