My sky Q keeps on crashing and then my screen is going blank. This has been happening since 9.50pm on the 15th May 2025. I know my television works

The main sky q box drops the signal after about 20 mins at shortest and an hour so at most. Turning the whole sytem off at the wall clears the fault for anther period then drops the signal. The sky q box remains "live" but unresponsive. Computer answers are useless so will try to get to speak to a human during the day.

Had a very annoying few hours with this nonsense over here in the Republic of Ireland this evening. Started around 9.30, then like clockwork, every ten minutes, BANG, off she went. I seem to have sorted it by a reset (lost my manual channels doing this but I'll have fun reinstalling them) but I fear I didn't need to as it's clearly a universal problem. So sit tight I say and don't stress. It's really not worth it, although, how will I watch FRIENDS?? ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH..........

My sky Q box keeps turning off every twenty minutes. I switch off the power  to reset it. But it's still turning off every twenty minutes

I live in Wales and my Sky Q keeps dropping the signal when I change channels to any of the apps  Netflix, Youtube etc ok while watching recordings

Can't get to settings, sky remote broken/ box crashes within 1 minute of restarting it now.

Leave it until tomorrow morning

To all those with Sky boxes randomly shutting off (green light unresponsive to the remote control)

So far, so good for me, all the boxes are working again
