SKY Q TV NOT WORKING 15.05.25

The reset didn't work

Keep having Apps freezing i.e Disney, Netflix. Prime and Hayu. Restarted the sky q box several times and tried to reset apps. All to no avail.

It's just happened again for the 3rd time!!!

What is going on

I called Sky and they have a message that says they are "experiencing technical issues so cannot talk just now"

Definitely sounds like a hack!!

Ours is doing exactly the same as everyone elses.........I'm just glad its not just ours & we're all in the same boat.  The thought of no telly.........

Same here. Happened twice tonight and a complete switch off each time. Box sky Q light remains circling (was watching prime) and wouldn't turn off.

I had to take the plug out of the socket and put it back in for it to work again - slow start up but it should (hopefully) bring you back onto SkyTV. Just follow the on screen instructions once powered back up 🙂

It's not your box. There is an issue. Everyone in my local area is having the same problem. Ours has gone off twice within half an hour now
