Mine is the same. We unplugged etc etc but no joy. Just the welcome screen then nothing.

I rebooted twice, message came up no Internet connection but router was fully working,  although WiFi has been also very slow  today

Just started happening to me today aswell

Watching a recording and the box keeps turning off and freezing and i have to unplug it every time to get it back on again

Mine has too. The network is connected so it's not a wifi problem. It says "Your Sky Q Mini box has not been connected to your Sky Q box". I've tried to reactivate but keep getting the same. This is the Sky Q box in the bedroom but the main one in the living room isn't coming on either. Is there a problem with Sky?

Exact same here, box is still on but having a brain fart! So annoying... its happened twice in half an hour... if it does it again I'm giving up... won't let me check the service or lig into my sky account either... its driving me insane. 😡

Sky Q box still showing working but no picture coming through

Twice within 30mins the Sky Q box has come up showing no signal. 

I know this is a nation wide issue as a local face book group as posted they are having the same problem and one was in Stoke when the Facebook page is for Manchester.

Mine has shut off twice in the last thirty minutes for no reason. Phone and wifi both OK. It happened earlier this week and I thought it was needing new batteries for the remote, changed them and it seemed ok afterwards. But tonight it is playing up yet again. Looks like it is not just me so can Sky look into this please..??

Ours was same times I think.  Sky Chatbot not working either.
