Having the same problem since this morning has required a full reboot (pulling power for several seconds, have tried reseting all settings to see if that stops it from happening again.

Same issue. Tv just switched off. Turned off at the wall and waited 5 min and it came on. Tried accessing sky app to check status but wouldn't let me sign in. Tv just switched itself off again and can't get in.

Yes very similar.

 

My Sky Q has just "stopped" twice and I had to reboot it both times . It's currently still working

 

And I cannot log on to my account on my pc, phone or through the app 

 

With all the issues if hacking recently it makes you wonder if Sky is having the same now??

I had the same, twice. I was on the phone to someone who also had Sky on (different channel, 20 miles away) and their box crashed at exactly the same second.

Yes me too,cannot find my sky Q box on network error code MR104 and can't reconnect!

Wow this is spooky, my box has done extacly the same tonight.

Completely froze while watching a recording. Recording light stuck on and Play light still rotating.

No signal from box on HDMI, totally unresponsive to stop, back, home and off. Had to totally remove the power.

Done it twice in the last hour.

Same issue, Q box turned itself off. I switched off at wall and back on, worked for a while then switched itself off again.

Mine is the same. In Berkshire Twice now! Had to unplug and turn back on. Noticed my sky app isn't working either

Same issue tonight watching a pre recorded show and shuts down as though it's frozen, do a full reboot and go back into program and it's 30 minutes back from where we were, this happened again 20 to 30 minutes later and exactly the same process and program at the same time as the first instance this is weird 

Tried to log into account and wouldn't let me, tried to log into Sky service checker and exactly the same, broadband working and no issues

Ours had done the same 

 

reset it worked for 10 mins then dropped out again 

 

Wonder if sky are being hacked like the coop

Me too,  but no one seems to know why. Hope Sky offer us a discount we pay enough for this service.
