Sky q returns

I have returned all 5 Q boxes to you all in the same box, but today I have received an email saying we are still waiting for 3 boxes to be received. I have checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered. Where do I go from here?

Update - We spoke to @Cheekie+monkey and after checks, their equipment was exempted from receiving any fees 🙂
