Happens all the time unfortunately. You'll need to ring Sky or wait for your post to be escalated so a Sky employee can assist.

As mentioned by @Jones_The_Cat it is a fairly common occurrence and actually happened to me about 3 years ago when returning a Sky Q multiroom box that I was no longer using. After contacting them they deleted the pending charge.
