Sky Q hard drive error

Problem with my hard drive Ben like this for 2 months now and still gettin billed 138 pound !!!!

Have you reported it to Sky in the 2 months? Of course you'll continue to be charged if Sky arent aware you have an issue.,

Yes I have tried to get I. Touch again but still nothing
