Sky q not working

We have a new LG OLED Tv and when we use our sky q box the picture keeps turning on and off.  The tv works fine when we play Netflix or prime video direct through the tv so there is something wrong with the sky q box.  Prior to changing the tv the sky was working fine

Hi @Dancb8   I would check that all the cables are seated properly and/or perhaps try a new high speed HDMI cable. What is the length of your HDMI cable that you are using now, is it the original supplied with the Sky Q box?

its the same cable that worked properly before.  I will double check they are all connected correctly
