Sky q showing hard drive problem , can't ff or record.
I have reset the hard drive

seems to be working ok today but I am expecting the problem to happen again.
if it does then ill order a new box, is there any cost involved?

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

If the hard drive reset hasn't helped it looks like you need a new box.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages
The link above gives the option to order a replacement box.
You will lose all your Recordings but any purchases from Sky Store can reloaded to a new box.
Remember to take out and keep your viewing card.

@kevin+wlahe if the Sky Q box has failed then Sky will replace it at no cost.
